Browse Instagram as Mobile Version on any Computer:
Upload Photo from Computer to Instagram as Story or Post.
- Open the web browser you using(Here; Google Chrome) in desktop/ laptop.
- Click three top right corner just below to Close(X) Button.
- then Go to More tools-> Choose Developer tools( Ctrl + Shift + I)
- Toggle Device Toolbar ( Ctrl + Shift + M) and select any Device Model as Per choice.
- Done! Have fun Posting Stories and Photos directly from Computer...
